Poor Customer Service, Frequent Cable Outages, Slow Internet, Problem With HD Boxes - Cable TV, Internet service, Phone


I have had nothing but problems with Time Warner Cable . I always have frequent cable outages, HD boxes that never work right even though they tell me the boxes are "new." The HD picture is not clear and pixelates and freezes up a lot. It isn't as good as if I put an HD antenna on my tv. My HD box always says please wait when I try to change the channel or look at the menu. The digital channels always have some kind of interference in them and aren't very clear either. My Roadrunner internet is quite slow and is never the speed I was promised or am paying for. They seriously need to upgrade their services. Compared to Directv and Dish Network, they are poor when it comes to service and picture quality. Customer service is awful to-you always get some foreigner who reads from a script and never can help you. Then, they will argue with you and do anything to not send a tech to your house. I will be looking into another provider.
