Time Warner/Spectrum has spent the last week telling me how every single piece of equipment I own is broken. My cell phone, my laptop, my desktop, my ethernet cables, my routers, my phone adapter, my modems, even my ethernet cables. I bought 2 new modems just to entertain them, and they each came with a new ethernet cable, which Time Warner/Spectrum proceeded to also claim are defective... So just to make that clear: 2 brand new modems, and 2 brand new ethernet cables were declared faulty by Time Warner/Spectrum. Their solution was to buy a fourth modem and test that again. I've had enough of their bullshit. And they refused to send a technician to me because another already came and said the modem was broken. There was supposed to be a technician just now but they decided to cancel the appointment 2 minutes before they were due to arrive. They didn't even inform me. I called them half an hour later and they told me I had cancelled the appointment via their online system... What kind of bullshit is this? My internet is down and you're telling me I used the internet... to cancel my own appointment... 2 minutes before the appointment... at least make your bullshit believable
