When I register for TV + Internet service, was offered for $300 reward card. I have taken screenshot of the offer and also the customer service representative confirmed multiple times that they see the notes on account saying that the 'Customer is eligible for 300$ reward'.on 7/17/2014, I received a redemption code (Q1E1V6WL8) with expiration date 8/3/2014 which leads $100 reward card. I have called the time warner cable customer service dept couple to times but no one could take action while they all agree about the $300 reward
