Hello,

My name is Md Jahangir Alam, I move 2012 in 172 Brookside Farms road. Newburgh, NY. And I move out end of the year from that house, I did what a loyal customer would do with time warner, I paid bill on time and I return instrument when I move out.

However beginning of the February 2015 I move back to the same house 172 Brookside farms road, Newburgh, NY and I ask time warner for internet service on that house. Application was decline, I went to 1279 RTE 300, Newburgh, NY and ask why my service was decline, one of Time warner associate said, if you fax the lease paper restriction will be taken out from the house.
So, I give her lease paper and she fax it. 15 days past, still I did not get call back from Time warner, in the mean time I give up and call Verizon Fios, I got there service but $121.00 which is expansive for me. On Feb 25, I call again Time Warner they said I will have the service but I have to wait for verification. Again I call on Feb 26, afternoon 4:30PM, in this time customer service advise me to call on Risk management 877-853-7446 877-853-7446 FREE. I call Gary pick the phone and when I ask could you check please what I did why I cannot have Time warner service, he said I have to pay bill and return instrument. I ask what bill and what instrument, he said you are associate with those tenant and I ask him what does you mean associate? He hang up immediate.
I went to 1279 RTE 300, Newburgh, NY Time Warner office at 5:30 in same day and I ask could you check please why I cannot get service, I call Risk Management and Gary guy hang me.
Customer service call Risk management, this time “Erica” ID # “E3C” pick up and again she ask me if I do not pay my previous tenant bill for that house I cannot have service, I ask her why I have to pay other people bill, I never seen them and I never talk to them? I ask Erica can you answer my application on writing why I have to pay other people bill or why I cannot have service, she said she cannot give in writing.

Can you help me what I should do to get the Cable warner service? I know there are many other services why I have to have Time Warner service? Because it is affordable compare to other.
I will appreciate if you forwarded this mail to appropriate authority.
