  • Having a Nervous Breakdown

    I just want to curl up under my kitchen table and cry!!! I've been waiting over a month for Time Warner to keep their installation appointment. I have missed work, changed important plans. Its had also caused problems in my marriage! Other companies should be allowed to offer all the sports and other channels Time Warner offers. Isn't that called a monopoly?   • Internet speeds (and ping) ranging drastically

    I'm an avid PC gamer, most of the games I play are multiplayer and require good internet, and by extension, good ping. 50% of the time, I get around 35ms ping and 20mbps download speed, which is perfect for me and I have no problems.   • Time warner cable has no show guide on tv without a box.

    I called to complain the other day about no tv guide on channel 20 for some time. They told me the decision came down from up above and it just happened. The 20 minute phone call resulted in no answers. He told me to go to the web site and look for the feedback button to submit my complaint. i cant find that so here i am. Now tonight I went to watch tv and the line up on my guide with cable box/TWC remote has changed....there was no sundance or reelz channels. Where can i go to have someone listen to my complaints..   • Promised credit but then not given

    While watching a movie tonight on Showtime, a message pops up saying TWC and CBS can't come to a deal and this channel is temporarily unavailable. I was very upset because I was in the middle of watching a movie and it was 12:10 AM. So I called and the girl on the phone promised me a $40 credit, which I admit was higher than I expected, but that is what I was promised. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes to tell me the credit had been entered into my account. She never called back.   • Time Warner charges I didn't make.

    I have been a TWC customer for years after a fiasco with a satellite company. I have endured the price hikes of no longer being a startup customer. Since June 2012 I have noticed that there are 1 or 2 movie rentals on my bill. In Nov. there were $50.00 of movie rental on my bill. I did NOT rent these movies. No one in my house could rent these movies. I have a pin that is NOT a regular pin. I live on a fixed income. I can't afford to pay TWC's price for movies.   • Do your job then leave!

    They were Alright with fixing our cable tv issues. But after the work was done, I thought the service tech left. I looked outside and he was sitting in his van for about another 30 min. Doesn't these guy have somewhere else to be? Don't sit in front of my house if your trying to mooch the clock. I don't know what he was doing but it was irriating.   • The call center run around

    My internet service is great and everything works. If there is an issue they seem to come out fast and fix it. However, calling TWC to find out how to do an upgrade or add something to your account results in the classic call center run around. I called the number for my area listed on the website, and got transferred to another department that handles internet upgrades. The next department told me I was in the wrong division and then promptly transfers me to the billing center, which only gave me options to pay my bill.   • Bait & switch

    As a long time TWC customer (over 18 hrs) I am upset about being sold Signature Home upgrade at one price and now find one of the HD tiers I have had all along is not included and will be an additional $6.95 per month on top of the $233 we are paying for the bundled services, which we were told included everything we had previously with the exception of HBO, which we agreed to drop to save money. Be very careful of sales pitches and get the details in writing before agreeing to anything. Not the way I thought I would be treated after all these years. More...

  • I had so many problem just...

    I had so many problem just getting Time Warner to come to my apartment while I was in San Antionio so I could have my cable, digital phone, and internet hooked up. They would tell me they were going to be there one day and when I would check back the date would be completely different. When they finally did show up they were late and it wasted my whole day. When I went to disconnect my service because I was moving I went to their office and returned all the equipment that I had borrowed. I also paid off everything that I owed on my bill.
