  • A Huge Compliment to my Technician



    Raymond, Tech #7315, came out to my house to help me with my set up of new television. He was courteous, very smart, helpful and went out of his way to do an exemplary job. I have had some trouble with Time Warner in the past and am a long time customer. I even considered leaving Time Warner for another competitor. Raymond changed all that. He was so awesome in doing his job that I got a renewed view of Time Warner. You should give him a giant raise or at least a bonus for going above and beyond his customer service.   • Time Warner Cable over charging



    I have been with time Warner cable for over a year with my bill being around 70 month after month. I did not change my services but they started charging over $120 a month. After calling four times and talking to different people I was never given a straight forward answer nor was my bill changed back to my normal pricing. I also had the Dvr which never worked but my complaints were never heard. I called to disconnect my services I was not asked why.   • time warner cable internet and phone anything these thieves offer



    Time Warner is a rip off. They take their customers that have been loyal, pay on time customers and increase their bill by a $40.00 increase. They give you some bullshit that you are no longer under the bundle special. So I guess after 2 years and four months, wha la, I am no longer going to be treated as a valuable customer that has already been paying too much for the service I get.   • Windstream was not for us



    We actually switched from Windstream's bundle to Time Warner's and we are so glad we did. Our internet service has not gone out, our phone has no static, the cable has been great, and the cost is consistent. I signed up for Windsream's $59.99 package and never saw that amount on a bill, couldn't hear callers on my phone due to static and found that service calls were $70 a piece.     I want to say that i am happy with my Time warner cable. Lots of people complain but it is a hard job to keep so many customers happy.
