I signed up for bundle service and a price lock guarantee. Completed the form a mail it back on 6/25/08. I decide to call today 8/22/08 to check the status. I spoke to four different people in three different departments. I starting in Billing. He transfered me to Sales, Sales transfered me to Tech Support and she sent me back to Sales. Let me say none of the people I spoke with was able to answer my question. Time Warner Customer Services STINKS.
Yeah Seriously this FUCKING SHIT never even works. Our internet gets up to 2k Ms ping/latency and our PHONE and INTERNET shut off simotaneously, and when we call for customer service, they just say that its ok and that our internet seems to look fine on their servers. FUCK THEM
