I moved and got time warner cable . BAD CHOICE! Going back to direct tv. Time warner remotes suck, channels extremly expensive, doesn't work every other day, always a problem. The internet service and phone are fine and work great but the cable sucks!!!! DON'T GET TIME WARNER CABLE FOR YOUR TV.

Sam Sabia, Customer Care Advocate, TWC Corporate Office (212-364-8200), Octavio Jaramillo, Executive Assistant to the Office of the President (323- 785-0315) and Karen, a TW Supervisor (310-466-6384) refused to honor the bundled package deal a TW rep offered me for $140/mo. Initially, these TW agents told me that the $140/mo deal would be easy to verify since TW records ALL telephone conversations. They also said that it was IMPOSSIBLE to lose or destroy those recorded conversations and they would listen to the recording and, if I were right, adjust my bill accordingly. I said, great, then I have nothing to worry about since the recording will certainly corroborate my story! Almost three weeks later, Mr. Sambia, Mr. Jaramillo & Karen told me that they could not locate the operative recording of my conversation with the agent who made the bundled package deal for $140/MO; and, since they could not locate the recording, I was responsible for paying $279/month!! But, you said it was impossible to lose or destroy the recordings! They did not care! In addition, TW continues to bill me for four DVRs when I only have three! At all times, Time Warner & its agents and representatives acted dishonestly and unlawfully in their dealings with me. Not only is TW guilty of this bait and switch but also violations of the RICO Act (along with a host of other violations of law).

I agree with u that their service sucks, but I have to disagree about the phone & internet. Those services suck also. i have had problems with my internet going on 3 months now. all i wanted was to add wireless hook up to another computer. the tech came out, he was trying to install the drivers, he put the disc in the drive, and then asked me how do i start the disc. i asked him if he knew what he was doing and he said yes. so then after half an hour of nothing, he calls another tech and their on the phone for about 10 minutes, so i asked him what was the problem. this man was trying to fix a problem with my computer that wasnt a problem, and that he had no business doing. after a couple more minutes the tech told him that this is not something they should be doing. so when he got off the phone he said he couldnt hook wireless up to that computer because something was wrong with it. it had wireless before he came, & this was not the one he was suppose to beworking on in the first place. when he tried to hook wireless up to the second computer it knocked the wireless off the first one. he ended up leaving telling that i had to get my computer fixed. when he left i took the wireless adapter out of the second computer put it into the first and it came right on. after that though i did continue to have more problems and every tech that came after that one could not fix the problem. so now both of my "wireless" computers cannot get wireless and have to be plugged into the router. also since then, the phone will not hang up. you pick the phone up off the hook and u hear the noise that it makes when u leave the phone off the hook for a long period of time. people call me and tell me that the does not ring or do anything. Direct Tv is far more better and the bill is what they say its gonna be every month.
