Horrible Tech Service Rep - CABLE
The cable is out all over the neighborhood. Neighbors have called in, some more than once. After 30 minutes trying to convience them my cable was not working, he didn't believe me that it was out all over the neighborhood. All he wanted to do was argue! They don't care about the consumer and they won't refund when their service goes down. These people are just as bad as AT&T. They are too big and must have the govt in their pocket... afterall how else do they survive in a regulated business. Bottom line... They don't care about their customers! neven have and never will!
