How can they be this bad - DVR


I have been with Comcast and then Time Warner Cable for many more years than I care to remember and it is has been nothing but trouble. I pay $150.00 a month for their services, so you would think they should work. Why can't they get their DVR service to work all the time, not just some of the time? Here is my biggest complaint. My guess is that their busiest days are Saturday since a lot of people cannot be home during the week since they are working. Why is it that when I need service, I have to wait 2 weeks??? When there are so many people unemployed, why can't you hire some people and train them to be technicians? Why are the C/S reps always so surprised when you say you can't be home on Tuesday between 10 and 2 because you are working??? Why are they so surprised when you get upset when they tel you that you have to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out and fix your cable??? I am SOOOO tired of paying this kind of money and getting this horrible service in return. If I only had more choices, I would leave them in a heartbeat!
