Time Warner has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm not just talking about cable companies. After getting unexpected charges on my bill, I called to inquire. I was on the phone for an hour, transferred four times, and in the end they didn't do anything for me except make me really angry. I had been offered a promotional price and was later told that I couldn't have that price. Each person I talked to told me something completely different and could not do anything. I cannot stress how much I despise Time Warner. I am desperate to change to another service provider. I would even pay more just to get away from TWC. If you have ANY option besides Time Warner, go with it.
