Irresponsible and Unprofessional


I have TWC for my phone,cable, internet. I bought the package. BIG MISTAKE. Had AT&T for last 11 years. No complains.

This is my first month of service from TWC. My phone lines and internet and cable are not working from this Friday (12/30/2011). I have called them 17 times(I have a count in my phone) . Lies after Lies. They were supposed to show up on Sunday. Didn’t happen. They apologized and then rescheduled another 8 am to 9pm window on Monday…waited all day , nothing happen. Today is the 5th day again waiting.

Every call I made I have stated that I had medical emergency in my home; I have to have land line. Last time when we had medical emergency I wasn’t able to state my address but the help was there because the call was made from land line. Therefore I have to have land line. I have stated them but every time new story and apologies. I do think they are very unprofessional. Do not do their job. And just like to lie.
