Time Warner Cable Complaint

TIME WARNER CABLE IS HORRIBLE
I have a problem with Time Warner Cable . I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am done with them. For 3 years I would have no cable at least once a week. finaaly they opened up a complaint and that got resolved. On Thursday my cable froze again which in not uncommon, I called and got a rep who had no idea of what he was talking about and said oh we need to send a tech to service but the only available appointment is the following Wednesday. I told them that it was absolutely unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 45 min with nobody answering. I got so fed up that I hung up. The next day, I called again and this time the rep actually was helpful and told me she saw that there was week signal coming into my house and magically there was an available appointment Saturday betwwen 9am-7pm. So I thanked her and took off work so that I can be home when they show up. Waited all day and at 5:35pm I get a phone call, "we're sorry but the tech won't be able to make his appointment". Absolutely Bull S*@! . I asked to speak to a supervisor and Shantel said I will have them call you back because we can't transfer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! So I call them back and now it's 35 min later and I am still on hold to speak to a supervisor. I am so done with them!!!!! I mean what kind of customer service is this!!!!! So finally a Richard (Supervisor finally answers 56 min later and tells me I'm sorry but there is nothing I can due and that they have an available appointment on Monday eith 11-2 or 2-5. I mean really!!! all of a sudden, they have 3 available appointment since the first time I called and to top it off, now I have to take off another day of work. I asked Richard if he was willing to pay me 2 days of work and he said sorry no!!! BEWARE TWC IS HORRIBLE DON'T GET IT AND ALSO THEY ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE!!!!
