I had been struggling wit my bills cause I'm on disability just had baby to make a long story short my husband called time warner cable to pay our bill like we always do he calls automatic service talks an ask would u like to pay min payment which was 53 that we had paid an in six days cut off what is that please help that is a rip off isn't right!!!!
