TWC Internet service and billing issues - TWC Customer Service

I don't understand why we have so many internet issues with TWC. We even purchased our own better equipment and still have trouble with our service. It started when they took like $10 off our bill and neglected to advise that they were slowing the internet down a bit to make up the difference.

Then, for the past year, we have had to call monthly about the monthly increases in our bill without making any changes in the service! I just don't understand how the reps can tell me what my bill will be FOR THE YEAR and the very next month, there is another increase. No one knows what they are talking about. No one notes the system. No one does much of anything for you when you call. They just tell you some part of your "contract" expired and you have to pay more. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am researching other companies. DONE with TWC. They suck!
