Earlier this week I switched my regular cable internet modem for a combination modem/router because I needed in home Wi Fi. I went to my local center and made the switch. The modem/router was handed to me in a plastic bag with no instructions. I was told the manual was online. I got the modem set up and was able to get online. The manual was not clear so I used the chat facility to ask the rep how to set up Wi Fi. He asked if I had installed my drivers. I asked what drivers and told him that I did not understand what he meant. He told me that TWC is an internet provider and that if I had questions about the modem/router (which I got from them!) then I had to contact the vendor.
