Unauthorized Charge AND no Account - Internet/Phone/Cable/Customer Service


I made a payment on my account. The next day there was another charge to my account for $30. I did NOT authorize a separate/another payment. Not to mention I logged into my account and there was no payment registered for the extra $30. I called CustSvc and the lady, reading from a script, took my information and told me they would call me back in 5-8 business days!

I understand that $30 is not a lot but what worries and angers me more than anything is that they can take money out of my account without my permission of any amount they want! There HAS to be something that can be done about this!

Account now do not care poor customer service and they just take your money from you. No one never calls you back when they promise. I emailed them numerous times can called several times and still no response....what a total rip off...I need the CEO of the company and I'm writing to corporate!!!!!!!this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANOTHER UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF $30 AND STILL I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM TIME WARNER ON THIS!!!!!! I have heard nothing from anyone since the last comment from "Paul" and I have NOT been reimbursed for the "UNAUTHORIZED" Charge!!!!!
