Worst Customer Service Ever

Time Warner Cable :
To speak to a supervisor is almost impossible. “They are in a meeting”, it seems like every I call for a supervisor they are always in a meeting.
1st incident. High definition in dvr’s in 3 rooms: masters bedroom, Living room and game room. The masters bedroom high definition was not working. When I called, they sent a technician that didn’t do anything, and left.

2nd time I called: a week or more have passed. Now I will rather get a cable card for the masters bedroom and for my game room to be able to receive what I am paying for (DVR service)
(I am angry and disappointed at time warner)
I was sent another bill, although I have yet to receive what I am paying for. I called to speak to a supervisor, and I was told that they are in a meeting (all of them). That I should leave a message and I will get a call back in 24 hours. I did

24 hours pass and no call, I called back, they told me to leave a message again, this time it will take 48 hours to call back. I did.
A week later I called back, furious, when I asked for a supervisor, the customer service agent asked me to explain the reason I am calling, because I refused and requested a supervisor again. I was told that they where in a meeting. (they are always in a meeting) I said that I will wait, after 30 minutes of waiting someone finally got on the line.

They explained to me how they understand what I am going through…(yeah, right) and how they will do all in their power to help me.
They sent a technician and he came looked around and left.

I am still being charged for that service I have not received.

From Personal experience Time Warner has the worst customer service in any kind of customer service industry.

i've had a similar experience in Killeen and was told that i would need to pay twc to replace OLD wiring from the pole to my house causing my internet to not have a connection more than 75% of the time.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TIME WARNER CABLE TO ANYONE

Time Warner is an absolute nightmare to deal with. These are the rudest, sleaziest bunch of people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
My advice to potential TWC customers??? DON'T!!! You'd be better off with rabbit ears.

I have been a loyal customer to cablevision for over 10 years. This bundle I signed up for in jan.08 have been my worst nightmane. they hooked the phone line up into my downstairs renter line who has AT&T service and they just discovered this after three months and 4 service calls. i've had a party line she can't call out if i'm talking. i haven't had all 3 services up and running since the day i started. I have called and asked the supervisor to call me on numerous occasions. I've yet to receive a call. So they just discovered that their initial contractors didn't know what they were doing and they want to come and re-wire my home. they techs that came out took a lot of pictures and gave them to the supervisor. But i am at my wits end. This has been a total nightmare. Check my phone records. I've spent at least 30 hurs holding for help. What do you suggest. Lawsuit.

Are you sure when you were talking to them, they were in America, not an outsourced call to India?!!
Because if it was India, there was no supervisor, and some big companies are outsourcing these calls to other countries and it sucks!
