Every few months Time Warner sneaks in extra charges on my cable bill. This month the bill went from $119.52 to $141.31. The extra charges were Hdxtra and The Jewish Channel. We are not Jewish and the only person in this household is my 86 year old mother and myself. No one ordered these channels and when I called customer service they just give me a line of horse sh*t saying that someone must have hit the remote ordering these services but they would not remove the charges. I'm getting a bit tired of this recurring scenario. This is an ongoing trademark of Time Warner to raise extra money and I've had enough.

They overbilled us by 50 dollars. No explanation. My husband spent one and 1/2 hours talking to different people. They only gave us a verbal response to what they would charge us, no receipt. We had to fight and fight with them but still are paying 5 dollars more than we were supposed to and they demanded we return a box with a dvr that we didn't even know we had or requested. They need to send e-mails with a written contract so they can't screw with us. My husband has reported this to the PUCO. Hopefully it will do some good.
