"Un-Special" Signature Home Customer Service


I was having a very good chat session with TWC this evening and all my questions were being answered. But then, and this has happened twice to me in the past....all of a sudden I am looking at the "brief survey" I may be asked to participate at the end of my chat session. I could not believe this was happening again. This time I refused to get upset as my chat would be sent to me and I would have the original info I had asked for in writing. As of one plus hours later I have not rec'd any correspondence. Why do you ask for my phone # and email and not USE IT??? The rep should have picked up the phone or sent me a personal email regarding our abrupt disconnection. Even if she does not know the reason, she should follow up with the customer service that we all would love to brag on your company about. Please stop publishing that customers are your priority and spend your dollars wisely by actually making it come true.
