We set up cable and internet service had to prepay. tech came out then couldnt get a signal sed he was going to put out a cd call. Fiance walked to office to get ok to drill a window line tech left before he came back. Fiance talked to Leonard and was told someone was coming back same day by 7p. A lady called to see if someone came yet. Reinformed us someone would be out there. 6:45 called time.warner was told they just got the order at 6:20 no one could come out. Bull, sed someone would b out next day. Waiting and waiting called time warner lady sed she put out a call to on call supervisor of the contractors to make sure they were coming out. 2 hours later called them back an arrogant James was rude and unprofessional sed no one could come out checked into everything and called us back it didnt even show we had the equipment hooked up. We dont know when we will get service they have to get authorization from the. Apartment management which they got on Saturday if the tech wouldn't have left. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We already paid for services we can't use and don't know when we will get it
