service sucks - TIME WARNER CABLE


We had service with TWC and had a hell of a time getting the service installed. Then when we cancelled the service they ended up owing us money do to the fact that we paid our bill and cancelled the service in the middle of a month. Now we have been waiting since August to get my money. It is now October and every time I call they have a different reason why they can't do anything about it at that time. If I owed them money you better believe that I would be getting a late fee and owing more money. I will never have TWC again as long as there is another company that I can go with, EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR IT!
