YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I AM A VICTIM OF THE ECONOMY BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY BILL. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS BUT MY PAYCHECK WAS GOING TO BE LATE.I CALLED THEM TO INFORM THEM AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO BE CUT OFF UNLESS I PAID THE BILL TODAY. I TOLD THEM MY PAY CHECK HAD NOT COME AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME.WHAT A COMPANY!LOOKS LIKE YOUN DONT WANT THE CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE. THAT'S WHY DIRECT TV IS DOING SO WELL. I AM ASHAMED OF A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. OBVIOUS LY YOU ARE OUTSOURSING BECAUSE THE PERSON I TALKED TO STRUGGLED TO SPEAK ENGLISH. WAT TO GO FOR AMERICA.PENNETTE BEALE
