We just went back to twc the tech came out and he broke are tv and are hdmi cable I called them the next day they told me the claims dept will call me in 3 to 4 business days and now they have not got back to me I call 2 times a week and the customer service rep says they say it is in claim status which they should have called u back when I call it's the same bs I'm calling bbb on them this is ridiculous .
