I have stayed home 4 times waiting for someone to connect my cable! What's wrong with you guys? When instalkers do show up, the miscommunication is despicable! The installers want to charge me something different than what I was told on the phone. My installation fees have been waved but the installation department still wants to charge. Please fix it!
