I called Time Warner Cable in regards to getting their services after their online search said it was not available. I have neighbors on both sides of me with in 4 or 5 telephone poles who have access to this service. Their line literally runs past my house. I was told that it would be $6000 dollars to connect us with no real explanation other than they are not required to connect us since there are not enough homes with in a specific distance. This dumbfounds me because with them already providing services to both sides of me there is no way there would ever be enough people in that short distance to include us? I don't understand how this law they are using applies to this situation when the services have been there for years and are on both sides of our residence less than a half a mile away??
