I am paying for 300mps and get speeds much, much lower than that. I would like to know why your speed test is so vastly different to a speed test I do myself - also every time I watch streaming video it freezes, pauses and crashes. Please contact me about this and let me know how you can proceed with refunding me for the service I am not receiving.
