Warner cable when I requested
the an increase in speed service.
The rep told me that they could
send me a better modem which
would not add any cost to my
monthly bill.
A modem was sent, which
I did not use as mine was just fine,
Despite the fact Time Warner
knew I was not using their modem,
I noticed that there was a monthly
use charge for the modem.
I used my own modem
but was continually billed monthly
for the TM modem modem.
Weeks ago I called to
speak to a rep about these
charges.
I spent an afternoon
being connected to about 5
tiers of reps.
Finally I was told to expect
a call. None came.
There is an accrued total of
about $700 that is due me.
This is my money that I paid,
over time.
I will not settle for less.
I want this applied to my bill.
I will sent copies of this note to the
appropriate consumer agencies:
