Serious problems with the billing department - TIME WARNER CABLE


I have had to make several phone call and spend hours trying to get the problem with my billing fixed and to no avail. the problem is that these associates: Tori- Employee ID 428355 and Sattie- Employee ID-383600 are rude and don't care at all about the situation that I am in with the bill. The bill they are saying is over due is not as overdue as it shows. I asked for just 1 day to pay and they said there wasn't any way to do that, this does not make any since to me. Why would you lose a customer over 1 day?
