Terrible Customer Service - phone, internet, cable

Since the day I attempted to set up service with time warner cable I have had no good experience at all. To begin with I set up installation appointments 6 times before someone actually came out every time I called they had no record that I had set anything up. Didn't get anywhere until I called Best Buy. Then the installer set it up wrong nothing worked and I had to get another installer to come another day. Now I want to change my phone number because I get near constant calls for the person who last had the number. [There are currently 39 messages on my machine for someone else] and they want to charge me $100 to change it! They say the only way to waive the fee is if I make a police report. I think our law enforcement has better things to do and I'm not interested in waisting their time. I worked for a phone company for 8 years and I know exactly how easy it is to click a button and change a phone number. You'd think after everything I've been through already, they would do one courtesy. Waiting for a call from a supervisor in one to two business days looking for another service provider while I wait.
