Time Warner Cable Dell Tablet and $300 Gift Card SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! - $300 Gift Card Promotion and Dell Tablet Promotion

Verizon offered me a free tablet to switch my internet services to them for higher speed and only a few dollars more than what Time Warner was currently charging me. I asked TWC if they had a similar promotion (via chat) and I was told that if I upgrade my internet service ($20 more a month), keep the service for 90 days (Sept. 2014) and have my account in good standing by the end of the 90 days, I will receive the Dell tablet. I was not told that I was suppose to register for a redemption code within 30 days of switching my service. I spoke to TWC and was told that I didn't have the package that would qualify me for the Dell Tablet promotion. However, a ticket was written up and the rep said that they would give it to me because the representative gave me the WRONG information. When I called back on 10/24/2014, I was told by a Supervisor (she wouldn't give her name) that I didn't qualify because I was late paying my bill 60 days after upgrading my service and that late payments are an automatic disqualification. Although she acknowledged that I was given wrong information and incomplete information, she still refuse to help resolve the issue. I was transferred to the cancellation department at my request where I spoke to a young lady by the name of Marsha. She apologized for the rep. given me wrong information and told me that in order to keep me, she was going to enroll me in the $300 gift card promotion with the $69.99 triple play package that I am currently in. She told me that I have to keep my service for 90 days and have to make on time payments. She also said that I would receive something in the mail confirming that I am in the $300 gift card promotion and a redemption code / redemption instructions. Throughout the conversation she was very apologetic, which gave me confidence that I was going to be taken care of. I did not receive anything from TWC regarding this promotion. I contacted TWC via chat where the representatives acknowledged that a note has been placed on my account regarding the $300 Gift Card offer that I will receive due to the misinformation I was given regarding the Dell Tablet Promotion. I spoke to TWC on 12/15/2015 and was told by the Supervisor (Steve) that I am NOT going to receive the $300 Gift Card offer because I do not meet the service requirements and that the representative Marsha gave me the wrong information. He also acknowledged (as well as the operator I spoke to before him) that she did place a note on my account that was to receive the $300 Gift Card. I currently have two tickets opened regarding this. This Is Ridiculous!!!!!!! It's the Holiday Season and I am Soooooo Pissed off!!!!!!!!!!
