Time Warner Cable Complaint

Not happy at all with time warner cable!!!
On Wednesday 12/10/14 my husband called timewarner to try and figure out a package plan that will be within our price range. The person he was talking didn't seem to know what he was doing. He said the only way to lower was to disconnect our phone. Which by the way was almost $30 a month when we originally wanted the $10 phone. So timewarner was basically scamming us. I was not happy with not having my phone so I called again yesterday 12/11/14. I asked them about a package plan that was for 89.99 for all 3 services. They said they could not give me that package so I decided to disconnect my services. By this time I was frustrated and my cell phone runs on minutes. I already wasted 30 mins. They sent me to customers solutions were a man said he can get me a plan for 88 something. He put me on hold and we got disconnected. I tried calling back and was told they were close. Now I don't know if he hung up on me on purpose cause he wanted to go home. But he never called me back I was so pissed. I couldn't even sleep all damn night. I called back today at 12/12/14 at 8 am. A woman answered and said she couldn't give me the plan that man was gonna give me.. Which I think is a load of shit. Since I have been on hold and lied to this was the worse damn service I have ever had. For how much you guys charge we should atleast get some better costumer service. Now I would like someone to call me back ASAP. So I can talk to them.

0 I'm tied of all the commercials! There are sooooo many commercials that we forget what the darn show is about! I thought cable years ago was about paying for television with no commercials! Enough is enough!
