Spectrum, rude and hostile customer service, vengeful - Spectrum


Called TWC/Spectrum to cancel service @ current home and set up wi-fi @ new home. Wifi had been set by by a pleasant rep, then transferred to a hostile rep who claimed the first rep never set up the new home wi-fi even though I had an e-mail to confirm. She then immediately discontinued my services even though I didn't want it D/C for 2 weeks. Then 1 hour on phone to get it reconnected and want to charge me, even though it was their hostile rep to discontinue it. Will not let anyone speak to a "manager". I assume there is no such thing as a manager since all employees go their own way and do what they want and are very discourteous and entitled. They also claim there is no one higher than a manager. Very rude poor customer service, a vast pool of inhumanity that claim they are employed there, Vp's and COO should be ashamed. This is one of many reasons people are switching to other services!!!
