Bait and switch. Shame on TWC - Time Warner Cable

I'm so upset now I'm actually considering suing in small claims court. In January 2014, a rep from time warner knocked on my door. At that time I was a TWC customer but only had cable tv with them and another provider for internet. This very persuasive rep promised me a great deal. I'd pay $89.99 for their triple play 1 year HBO Free DVR for one year a samsung galaxy ( if I payed my bill on time for the following next two months). When I got my bill nothing he promised was given to me. It was a huge bill. I called them and told them I have a special needs child and a fixed income and would never have agreed to that amount. I told them I had a copy of the agreement he gave me. I scanned and emailed it to them but they refused to honor the agreement the rep gave me. I feel scammed by these people.
