Cable TV lines moved within house - Cable television
I called and scheduled to have two lines in my house moved to a different location. On Saturday morning the first guy came very nicely dressed. Looked like he had not done any work at all that day. We told him what we wanted and he looked under our house and then went to his truck. A short time later he came back to tell us he forgot his drill and needed to reschedule. He goes back to his truck and tells his boss we were real busy and needed to leave and that we needed to reschedule. We watched out the window and saw a female friend of his drive up into our driveway and he goes out to talk with her and then leaves. His boss calls us a little later and wants to verify his story and we told him that was a lie so he sends out another guy but later that afternoon. He comes in and we tell him what we want done and he walks around our house and looks under our house and then he tells us our signal is low and that we would have to clean up the very back of our property from briars so a truck can get in to run another line. We do not have a problem with our signal we just wanted it moved under our house to another location. It is now two months later and we just had to go buy a new cable to run around the wall inside our house to move it ourselves and throw down a rug over the cord so no one will trip over it but this is just a temporary fix. I am not happy with TIMEWARNER CABLE!!!! I want this fixed!!!!
