Poor service from Intelligent home security - Intelligent home security
I am a Time warner customer using their internet and home security service. My bad experience starts when I requested my service transfer around 5/22. I told them to I will move into my new place on 6/1. The first thing they did is to cut off my internet cable immediately on 5/23. This left me no internet in my old place. The story didn't end here. My tech. crew is supposed to come in to handle the service transfer on 6/3. The guy came in and said he cannot install the home security service at my place. He requested his supervisor to talk to me. He showed up on that evening and said he would schedule somebody to handle the scenario. Today is 6/17. There is still no timetable on when they will install the intelligent home service. I forgot to mention the guy left a half done work in my master bedroom closet since 6/3. It is been an eye sore for my wife. Now, let's also talk about internet service. We got a tech. crew did a follow-up visit after 6/3 incident because I keep asking them about no internet service. Service is restore on 6/9 and then it stops working again on 6/16. Last night, I tried to call customer service again. As usual, I am being treated as a ping-pong ball between Internet and intelligent home department and transferred back and forth for an hour. I still got no answer on how to restore my service.
