Time Warner Cable poor customer service and aggressive bill pay tactics worse than telemarteters - Cable service, bill payment and customer service

I am very dissatisfied with Time Warner Cable Customer service. July 7th, 2015 I made a payment to TWC for $156.00. I spoke with a customer service representative and informed them that I had agreed to make a payment by check earlier however I was wanting to go ahead and make the payment via telephone and representative on that day (July, 07, 2015). I made a payment by check on the telephone to ensure the payment was made because in a prior month TWC did not withdraw money from my account on designated time and waited almost a week later when I had other payments coming out of my account and that overdrew my bank account and TWC out a hold on my ability to pay by debit. I tried to resolve this matter with customer service explaining that they waited to long to withdraw amount of bill and asked if they could do better because it put me in a bind. More recently account management seems to have gotten worse. I had to make the July 07, 2015 payment by check because of the first incident. Now, I made the payment, the representative assured me she had canceled any other agreement, I asked her if she was sure she said "yes" she had cancelled any previous agreement and processed a payment of $156.00 on July 07, 2015. Well, July 15, 2015, TWC attempted to take the same $156.00 on July 15th, July 24th and July 31st making my BB&T bank account encure $216.00 in overdraft fees and then they had a nerve to tack a $25.00 fee to my Time Warner account for a returned check that I did not authorize and for an item that had already been paid on July 07, 2015. These aggressive payment pursuing tactics are unethical and poor business practices especially since they dont aggressively address and fix any problems and complaints by patrons/consumers. I am beginning to think that the poor customer service and practices are not worth the amount I pay for their service. Other options are looking pretty good right now. How can you make my experience better Time Warner Cable? There was so much added stress and money this mistake cost me and TWC representatives lied and said it was all my fault. Well the evidence is obvious why were they chasing a payment that was already made and why didnt they notice this in the three weeks they spent harassing my bank account?
