Product:	$300 Gift Card Promotion and Dell Tablet Promotion

I changed my TW service in September, 2014. At the time, TW was offering a free Dell Tablet for customers that change to a different tv package. I was told to be eligible for the Tablet that I if I kept my account active for 90 days and didn't make any changes to my account. After 90 days, I'd get a redemption code, then it’s another 4-6 weeks before I get the reward.

In November, I got a notification that my account wasnt paid. I had not changed my credit card after having it stolen and replaced. I changed the AutoPay and paid my bill promptly.

Then I January, I got another bill not paid notice for Dec and Jan. Turns out that AutoPay didn't save my new ccard info. Hmm.

I chat with a TW rep. They tell me that because I didn't register after getting the new TV package, that I wasn't eligible for the tablet.

I was never told anything about registering. I was told the above. That's all.

Guess what, TW has no recording of my conversation with their rep in September when I signed up.

So now I try fighting. I think I'm shit outta luck after doing some research about this. Seems like the whole AutoPay not updating is part if TW's scam.

Time to look for another service. Roku... got one.
