Time Warner Cable Complaint

Time Warner Cable. Never received my refund
Terrible. I kept losing internet connection to my router at least 5-6 times per day. So I called and they sent a technician out. He said my modem was fine and that it's just an interruption in my area. The next day, it kept happening (it had been happening since I had it installed). I called again and they sent me to a level 2 technician. I had to wait a week until they could come to my apartment. Level 2 technician arrives and says he will replace my modem. Problem solved, right? NOPE. The next day I continued to lose internet while trying to watch Netflix. So I called again and they sent a level 3 technician (again, 5-6 days later since they didn't have any "open days"). Level 3 technician comes and says he replaced and tested "some lines outside of my apartment." STILL not fixed as I continuously would lose internet connection.
Also, their programming guide is COMPLETELY inaccurate. They would have shows scheduled, that when you turn to them, something COMPLETELY different was on. You might say, "well maybe it was just a simple mistake." Not a simple mistake when there is a baseball game being played and they decide to air a UFC fight from 5 years ago.
So I decided to cancel (5 months ago) and I STILL have not received my prorated refund check. After calling and talking to about 9 different people about receiving my refund from cancelling, they tell me I need to GO to the store and speak with a manager. NEVER AGAIN TIME WARNER, DO NOT GET TIME WARNER!!
