Time Warner Cable is the worst business I have ever had to deal with......BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spent 45 minutes on the phone with 7 different people so that finally a supervisor decided they should actually answer the phone. I was told they would not cancel service on an apartment complex that we sold until the boxes were turned in and that we would continue to be charged for service. I just am not going to pay them and they will shut it off and not get their equipment back or get paid for the service that we do owe. HORRIBLE COMPANY.....BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
